We came to Bowen Scarff a little worried and uncomfortable because of how the other dealership treated us. Daniel was our sales Rep and immediately put us at ease. We told him what we wanted, how much we needed on our trade in, and about our previous experiences. He was very easy to work with, low pressure, and took us seriously. We bought the truck! We also worked with Laura in finance and told her upfront that we didn't want any at add ons at all. She very briefly went over what they offer and when we declined she moved right along to the rest of the paperwork and we were finished with all paperwork in about 30 minutes. All in all it was a very good experience! I highly recommend going with Bowen Scarff Ford. More
