Taking 2 hours for an oil change is too long. Disappointed after making an appointment for an oil change, when we arrived were told that it will take two hours to do. Really!! Service did not have many cars being worked on and one person on the waiting area besides me. At 10:45 I notice my car sitting outside. I asked the lady in service if I could have my keys. She said she had to process my paperwork. Another 20 minute go by so I ask her again. Same response. Another 5 minutes go by and she sighed at me and grabbed my paperwork to finally process. I expressed my dissatisfaction and she mumbled stuff under her breath. Inaudible. She then said I needed to be charged for tire rotation so couldn’t have my keys. I thought all routine service was covered my first year but at this point I was too irritated to argue with her. Approximately 11:20 I was finally able to leave. Wish I could take my car somewhere else for service!! More
