Charged for something I shouldn't have been When I purchased my tires I received free tire rotation for the life of the tires. My husband brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they charged him for the tire rotation. He questioned why he was getting charged and was told there was no free tire rotation included. When he got home I called and questioned why it wasn't included anymore. I was told that it should have been no cost but she could not reimburse me. She said that she would mark in my file that i was to receive a free oil change next visit. I just hope that its marked in the file especially after several months. More
