I’ve brought my car in for service several times, and the communication has been terrible every single time. I understand that scheduling and repairs can take a while, but you’ll be waiting days just to get communication has been terrible every single time. I understand that scheduling and repairs can take a while, but you’ll be waiting days just to get an update. Calls and messages often go unanswered, even from the service manager. On top of that, I’ve had issues missed or overlooked, requiring multiple visits to fix the same problem. They even lost my car in the lot once when I came to pick it up... it took over 20 minutes to find it. Overall, the lack of communication, attention to detail, and organization makes every visit frustrating. The only reason I go anymore is for covered warranty work. More
