Friendly, professional staff willing to provide value I'm closer to 4.5 stars than 4, really. I stepped in spur of the moment while car shopping for a vehicle to lease. I had previously test drove Elantra I'm closer to 4.5 stars than 4, really. I stepped in spur of the moment while car shopping for a vehicle to lease. I had previously test drove Elantra GT, but really wanted to test drive the Eco before making any final decisions. Once I drove the Eco, I knew it was the vehicle I wanted. I found staff at the Boucher Hyundai to be very friendly and willing to work with me to getting a deal that was fair on both ends. The reason I don't go with 5 stars is because I had a deal that I thought was locked in, but when it came time to close, things got a bit murky. Fortunately, we were able to work through it, and perhaps I got an even better deal as they threw in a whole bunch of items I didn't originally ask for, but that after the sale were greatly appreciated. Sure my price went up, but I think the value was either equal or possibly better. For the most part, I found the staff forthcoming, direct and friendly. During my test driving, I ran into all sorts of dealer types, some of which I'd characterize as shady and I didn't get that vibe at Boucher Hyundai once. I'd definitely recommend to anyone giving them a shot while shopping for a vehicle. More
