As others have stated, don’t buy parts online from them. I was given an estimated few daya when my parts would show up. Contacted them via email and was told that they don’t handle the website, the collection of payment, delivery date destinations, or pretty much anything on the website. and that they are one of the largest oem hyundai parts suppliers in the Midwest, or something to that effect, and that they don’t have the logistics to take care of it all being that big. Guess they’ve never heard of those companies with names like WalMart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, or Amazon, that seem to almost do the same thing and within their usually estimated delivery dates. Crazy thing to think that a company putting their names on something and saying something would actually follow up on it and not provide excuses. More

The "we owe you" we received when I took receipt of the vehicle was not adequately carried out. When I went to pick up my car there was buffing compound all over the vehicle. The windshield is still cove vehicle was not adequately carried out. When I went to pick up my car there was buffing compound all over the vehicle. The windshield is still covered in a residue after they said they buffed the over spray from it. It's very difficult to see while driving when the sun hits the windshield or if it's raining. We asked the sales person to have the car redone but he said he spoke to the manager and they were done. The glass person came to our house and was able to show us what the over spray left from their bodywork job. This was supposed to be a certified pre owned vehicle but when we magnified the checklist they had checked everything off as good when it was not. I'd never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
