My car was recalled and upon inspection it was determined that a new part was needed which was not stocked. I was told it would take a week to get the new part and I would be contacted. 4 weeks later and I a that a new part was needed which was not stocked. I ended up having a bunch of added costs (service plan, auto armor, and screen protection) that were not fully disclosed to me and adding thousands to my total.
