Her car was in need of an upgrade and this extremely professional S Who was so personable with assisting me in surprising my daughter with a new car. We picked a decoy car that she was test drove and was not very excited about but she understood this was a free car and welcomed. We went through all the paper and walked towards the car. We then surprised her with the exact car she admired when arrived but I told her that car was outside our budget and she understood.
