I loved the video of my car and the tech explaining everything. I didnt like that I could have taken it to the west allis dealership and paid alot less (they had coupons for many of the things I had do everything. Kerwin is great, id give him 10 stars but it only goes to 5. I gave 3 stars for "of waukesha" since I was told the "coupons" were builtin so i couldnt use my flyer coupons (in the past) but now I was told I could use them (of course, i tossed my coupons since i was told they arent needed). The other thing I dread taking my car in is my settings are all goof'd up. My lights were set to manual my car display was some different way and I have to fiddle and put everything back the way I like it (sometimes it takes awhile since I set stuff and forget it). More

My experience was horrible. Delays, no communication, kept car overnight without communicating, lying about what needed to be repaired, denying warranty claims but when I called Delays, no communication, kept car overnight without communicating, lying about what needed to be repaired, denying warranty claims but when I called warranty company, got it approved etc etc etc. terrible experience and will never take my vehicle there again. The biggest shock... the customer relations manager Julie specifically asked me To not fill Out Hyundai survey because 'it was the end of the month and would bring down their score too much.' This is completely inappropriate and unethical. More
