In the past 80 years 'I've purchased just about every make of vehicle made and have encounter few good and many not so good salespeople along the way. In so doing contacted several dealerships, heard the same song and dance and a price they must of thought I wanted to but the dealership not just a car. One more shot and I'm done I said. Lucky it was Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha and got in touch with Harman Singh and the rest is history . A few questions answered our questions, and a couple return calls just as he said he would, no waiting, no wondering. Had the vehicle, had the color and best of all had the price.. We are 80 miles away and all done without having to leave our living room. Made one appointment to sign the papers and take the vehicle home. Harman completely changed my attitude of salespeople to all good. This guy earned 5 stars in every category. Best car purchase in 80 years. He made it totally painless. The dealership has many features that were never thought of back in the old days. This includes the Service Department. When a customer drives into the service welcoming area, the vehicle runs over a specia of back in the old days. This includes the Service Department. My car had a strange problem with intermittent low oil pressure, and the engine underwent a special flushing, which unfortunately did not fix the problem. We suspect the damage was too severe to give a good result, and I have now purchased a Palisade, but I have had more positive results with all the other service work I have had done at Boucher. More
