They have no communication. Condescending, dont answer phones, $1200 for a tune up which took all day. They seem put out when you are asking questions. I enjoyed working with Boucher on the sales side, but not the service side. Though, things have somewhat improved with the opening of the new building. My daughter took the vehicle in for service and stayed with the vehicle in the waiting room. I received a text message with a poor incomplete video stating something about replacing the wipers and somethi with the vehicle in the waiting room. I called my daughter who is there in the waiting room and ask if they had talked to her, which they did not. I then try calling the service department twice getting voicemail both times. No one communicated to us at all. Then my vehicle is done. I had my daughter ask about the wipers and replacing them and was told they were out of stock. Still don’t know what the recommendation was on the brakes. I get a call two days later because I gave a poor rating via text message. After speaking to a women about this I get this text message. I wanted to kindly request a favor. Regrettably, we did not meet our usual standards on this occasion. Hyundai will be sending a survey to your email later today, and we would be extremely grateful if you could abstain from completing the survey on this particular occasion. We sincerely desire an opportunity to rectify the situation. We look forward to the prospect of continuing to service your vehicle in the future. Thank you for your understanding. Really! As others have stated, don’t buy parts online from them. I was given an estimated few daya when my parts would show up. A week after they finally sent me a shipping notice, only that the shipping notice was I was given an estimated few daya when my parts would show up. A week after they finally sent me a shipping notice, only that the shipping notice was that they made the label and hadn’t actually shipped. Contacted them via email and was told that they don’t handle the website, the collection of payment, delivery date destinations, or pretty much anything on the website. and that they are one of the largest oem hyundai parts suppliers in the Midwest, or something to that effect, and that they don’t have the logistics to take care of it all being that big. Guess they’ve never heard of those companies with names like WalMart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, or Amazon, that seem to almost do the same thing and within their usually estimated delivery dates. Crazy thing to think that a company putting their names on something and saying something would actually follow up on it and not provide excuses. More
