I felt everyone was being careful, etc. I was disappointed though upon leaving the dealership I discovered there was a yellow fuzz all over my passenger side front seat and it was also caked all over the entire seatbelt. I had to spend a half hour when I got home trying to remove this yellow fuzz from the interior of my vehicle. Rather disappointing, especially with a new car. Hopefully a greater attention to detail if I return in the future. More

For the first time, I felt dinged when the price of the cabin filter replacement was $60. I went forward with this expense because of crushed schedule. Can purchase a new filter for $8-9 any day of the week. labor is 2-3 minutes. Historically, I rated Boucher 5 Stars. This pricing is out of character and hope this does not signal a change in their relationship to Hyundai owners. More
