As a 1st time customer, I was welcomed to the service dept., shown to the Customer Waiting Area and offered a beverage and snack. All was well and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. I was completely satisfied with my service visit experience. When I called to make the appointment for a recall and oil change I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived, they said more like an hour and a half, which was OK. Ended up getting vehicle bac oil change I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived, they said more like an hour and a half, which was OK. Ended up getting vehicle back after two and a half hours and about 40 minutes later. Had to reschedule things, and it sucked. I get things happen, the wait was crazy. More
