As a 1st time customer, I was welcomed to the service dept., shown to the Customer Waiting Area and offered a beverage and snack. Service personnel completed my oil change and tire rotation along with cl dept., shown to the Customer Waiting Area and offered a beverage and snack. Service personnel completed my oil change and tire rotation along with closing out 2 Hyundai recalls and checking to ensure there were no outstanding service codes "set" on my vehicle. All was well and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. I was completely satisfied with my service visit experience. I will bring my new Palisade to Boucher Janesville for all future service requirements! More
Had an issue with the oil pan seal on our 2022 Tucson Limited Hybrid. Was going to wait it out; however, Joe found out it was gong to take longer that anticipated for the seal to dry. When I called to make the appointment for a recall and oil change I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived, they said more like an hour and a half, which was OK. Ended up getting vehicle bac oil change I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived, they said more like an hour and a half, which was OK. Ended up getting vehicle back after two and a half hours and about 40 minutes later. Had to reschedule things, and it sucked. I get things happen, the wait was crazy. More
All I can say is that every car on your lot should be thoroughly re-inspected be any final sales take place. Because of all the serious issues that were overlooked on my vehicle and the issues with 2 of thoroughly re-inspected be any final sales take place. Having to spend 600 dollars on top of my purchase pruce, due to the negligence of the person who inspected my price,. He should've been the one to pay that 600 dollars and be demoted. He could've cause serious harm to myself and others if I got into an accident because of those issued. Hostely I do not know if I will continue to do anymore business with Boucher Hyundai. More
