I'm usually pleased with my experience at Boucher Service Department, but I left confused and feeling like I'd wasted my time. My car had what seemed like a pretty serious warning come up on the dash - "Shif Department, but I left confused and feeling like I'd wasted my time. My car had what seemed like a pretty serious warning come up on the dash - "Shifter malfunction, service immediately!" - and it wouldn't go from park to any other gear. I restarted the car and it cleared the message and the shifter worked again, but I still made it a point to get it in ASAP. I took the car in, waited about 35 minutes, and was told it didn't come up on the computer, so not to worry about it. I am leaving for Michigan this weekend for a seven and a half hour drive. Doesn't make me feel confident at all driving my car that far away. As I get closer to the end of my bumper to bumper warranty (I'm at about 55k/60k miles), I feel like service is dropping off and they seem less interested in fixing the issues I have. Like if they just wait another 5k miles it won't be their cost to fix anymore. Last visit they noticed the cabin filter was dirty and told me it needed replacing, when I asked them to replace it they said they didn't have any in stock and couldn't get any. The car is only three years old? More
Genesis service manager was polite and efficient. All work was done within 1 hour as he predicted. The video was a nice touch that Boucher must have added since my last visit there. The Service Dept. representative was both courteous and professional. Once my car was evaluated, he was clear and concise in his explanation of the work that was to be representative was both courteous and professional. Once completed, he again explained what had been done, what work still needed to be done and the cost of both. In a word, the customer service was excellent. More
