Very unprofessional. We love our car. Promised a $350 gas card as a gift for buying vehicle, NEVER GOT IT. Paul was great but when It came down to purchasing the car, things got very uncomfortable and the sa card as a gift for buying vehicle, NEVER GOT IT. Paul was great but when It came down to purchasing the car, things got very uncomfortable and the sales manager made us feel like crap. He talked to Paul very rudely in front of us. We didn’t get one “thank you” for handing over 16,000 cash! We just were not happy with how the sales part went down. You can’t tell people they are getting a “gift” (tools, coach purse, $350 gas card...) and never give it to them!! But we left so upset and we didn’t even know how to bring it up. It just wasn’t a good experience. At all. More
