I asked Joe about a quote I was given in Dec for some work needed. He said he would honor it but when I checked out he hadn't honor the quote. I had to ask cashier who then talked to him. I arrived on time for my appointment and after 45 minutes they were just pulling the car into the garage, when I thought they would be done. They didn't inform me there was going to be a delay. When I expressed frustration and dismay, I was treated dismissively. They acted like I was just there to get 'something for nothing', after I had asked at the time of making the appointment if I needed to bring the car for the recall service if it didn't have any of the symptoms. They were very uncommunicative and acted like since I wasn't there to spend money that I was utterly unworthy of their attention. They were two older men in the outer area of the shop and neither of them did anything observable other than look at their phones. I left after wasting an hour out of disgust and the realization that I didn't want that dealership touching my car. More
