Oneida was excellent. Spent over 5 hours at the dealership, 1.5 hours waiting on financing for a car they couldn't sell us. Then another 2 hours on the vehicle we got. Iss Spent over 5 hours at the dealership, 1.5 hours waiting on financing for a car they couldn't sell us. Then another 2 hours on the vehicle we got. Issues with the check apparently but nobody at the dealership is letting me know anything about what's going on and it's been over 10 days at this point. Payments not broken down so we could see all the costs, feel like we were charged over 8k extra for the vehicle More

I will refrain from mentioning my HORRIBLE experience from the Boucher group in general. From the moment I stepped on the VW lot to a year and a half later dealing with the Hyundai center has been nothin from the Boucher group in general. From the moment I stepped on the VW lot to a year and a half later dealing with the Hyundai center has been nothing but a nightmare. The ONLY thing good is Hunter. He was understanding & kind. He did what he could to help me, even though it took THREE MONTHS to do it. I appreciate the loaner cars. It was the least this group could do. I hate my vehicle and I will make sure to never deal with the BOUCHER group again. Still waiting to hear back from Hunter in regards to my belongings left in my loaner, so that delay has left a new unhappy taste in my mouth. More
