The three went above and beyond. Their price was very fair and most competitive. We had a couple glitches with the car shortly after taking delivery (which they willingly/happily delivered to us in NH), but they solved all issues without hesitation and covered costs for minor repair that was needed. They clearly have a practice of doing the right thing. I truly appreciate what should be the “norm” but certainly isn’t.....a rare breed was found. Thanks folks! More

And I posed a LOT of questions, because it was important to me to understand the various option packages (Volvo has dozens of combinations available). Stacey at BVV stayed in touch with me through the entire four-month period, and gave me key advice when I needed it about the option packages and, most importantly, on what schedule a new vehicle with my chosen options would become available. I shopped other luxury brands, and it was clear from my interactions with their staff that if I wasn't prepared to make a buying decision within about a week, then my interest just wasn't a priority for them. Stacey at BVV made me a priority, based on little more than a couple of conversations with me at first. More
