When I arrived the receptionist knew who I was and went to get the sales rep. Sean Tompkins was my rep and was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. On the test drive Sean drove first to show me a few features and take us to a good location for me to drive. I tested the 2018 S60 Polestar. I had a great experience at Boston Volvo Village and highly recommend! More

The three went above and beyond. Their price was very fair and most competitive. We had a couple glitches with the car shortly after taking delivery (which they willingly/happily delivered to us in NH), but they solved all issues without hesitation and covered costs for minor repair that was needed. They clearly have a practice of doing the right thing. I truly appreciate what should be the “norm” but certainly isn’t.....a rare breed was found. Thanks folks! More

My selection process was extremely thorough and took a long time — four months, altogether. I believe I went for a total of six test drives from BVV's lot. And I posed a LOT of questions, because it was important to me to understand the various option packages (Volvo has dozens of combinations available). Stacey at BVV stayed in touch with me through the entire four-month period, and gave me key advice when I needed it about the option packages and, most importantly, on what schedule a new vehicle with my chosen options would become available. I shopped other luxury brands, and it was clear from my interactions with their staff that if I wasn't prepared to make a buying decision within about a week, then my interest just wasn't a priority for them. Stacey at BVV made me a priority, based on little more than a couple of conversations with me at first. More
Bad Sales Force I came in to discuss buying an XC40 before it was released in the US. I went to another dealer and they lost TWO sales, as I had a second car in mind. The Service Dept is fabulous. More
