These are great cars and the ones on the lot are well-cared for: most of the used cars were leased through the dealership and got serviced there, so buy one of these used cars, and you have the service records too. I got a two year, 24,000 mile warranty with my "new" 2015 Tiguan and I couldn't be happier. The price on line, especially when they have dropped the price, is "the price" - not much room to haggle - but the price is really competitive, so that keeps it simple. The service was great and I look forward to maintaining my little gem through Boston VW for years to come. More

He's a family man so he understands budgeting and he truly wants to get you the best deal that he can. When it came time to finally get my car after all the paperwork, they used a service to deliver it to my town hall (since I live in Maine) and Neil made sure to bring the proper paperwork and even extra screws to put the plates on. He prides himself on maintaining relationships with his clients so much so that he even sends birthday and Christmas cards. Safe to say he's invited to Thanksgiving! More
