I pulled into the parking lot with my son shopping for his first car. We had just been to two other dealerships and ALMOST bought a Ford Fusion but just felt like we should try one more place. We pulled into the parking lot and Jeff James was outside and asks us if he could help (we’re still in my truck). I told him I was paying cash, my priceline, the max miles, the min year, and he said “SIR I have just the vehicle over here (it was a 2018 GMC Terrain in MINT condition) my son was like “THAT THING IS LIT!”. Jeff got the keys and plates and was SUPER PERSONABLE! I got a good feel off of Jeff and sensed he was very genuine in his style, I mean as far as you can be in sales and still be profitable. He took the time to undertand what I thought when we came back from our test ride his knowledge of the vehicles condition, backstory, and the considerable way he described the relationship the Dealership prides themselves on with customers, and what the dealership offers was actually impressive and I’m a hard sell. Jeff took the time show us the other facility and their service center, he introduced us to their service center guru Mark Dickerson and I just felt that I had made an investment in a vehicle I knew was not on its last leg, or had issues being hidden from me. Once my son and I had decided “this is the one” I told Jeff I wanted to drive it off the lot TODAY (and they closed in 3hrs). He was very professional, expedient, I got a sense of integrity off of him, and my son also liked him which meant a lot to me since our dog wasn’t with us, lol. Now it came time to haggle the price and Jeff worked with his manager to help us reach a price that was in my hoped for bottom line. When I tell other people about the experience of shopping for my son’s first vehicle I tell them my only strategy was to go out on the last day of the month with cash and land the best deal I could that day…. after a few lots I landed in Boneville and Son… we went out shopping for silver and Jeff James help us to drive away in gold! My son LOVES his new ride, I actually enjoyed my purchase experience, and the part that really stuck with me and eventually guilted myself into finally writing this review for Jeff (because he really is a top shelf professional) was THIS… after they detailed the vehicle Jeff took my son around the vehicle and showed him EVERY SINGLE THING he could ever want to know about how it functions like a second Dad. I mean this guy spent like 20 minutes AFTER THE SALE making sure we were all set and happy :) I strongly recommend this dealership, JEFF JAMES, and I know one and I’m sure others in sales team carry the same work ethic… thanks again Boneville and Son! He answered all of my questions and concerns. worked with me and above all--dealt with my "baggage" from my lease, which i me in the Sahara I wanted. I bought 2 brand new vehicles off Bonneville & sons, a 2022 Jeep grand Cherokee summit reserve, 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee trackhawk, when it came time for trade in/sale of the vehicle they showed lack of l 2022 Jeep grand Cherokee summit reserve, 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee trackhawk, when it came time for trade in/sale of the vehicle they showed lack of loyalty and did not treat me right.
