I'd already done the internet research and located several trucks I was interested in test driving at various dealerships. This was our first test drive in the process. Long story short, we had a 6:30 p.m. test drive appointment on a Friday evening and drove out at 9:30 p.m with a brand new 2019 Ram 1500. He seemed to give his honest no B.S opinions/guidance. Although he kept the buying experience short, I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way. Rick did an excellent job walking us through the process. The service crew even stayed late to get the vehicle prepped so that we didn't need to make the hour long drive back the next day to pick it up. And, to top it all off, we hadn't had dinner yet (we thought we were only going for a test drive) so Rick even provided us with a small snack from his private stash to get us through.
