Worst dealership ever, I have been trying to get a key fob that we paid for in May. It is now Nov. and we were told it was in. Scheduled an appointment to get it programmed. I was told it was a 1/2 hour a fob that we paid for in May. It is now Nov. and we were told it was in. Scheduled an appointment to get it programmed. I was told it was a 1/2 hour appointment, 1 hour and 15 minutes later I walk out back to see that my truck is still not even in the shop. Of course the Service Dept. sees this and miraculously I get a call that the key fob is missing a trim ring. So after waiting over 6 months for a key fob and an hour and 15 for a half hour appt. I promptly got a refund almost 2 hours after arriving. We purchased this truck brand new from Bonneville and Sons and they have been nothing but a headache from day one. I will never buy from them again! More
