Exceptional experience with Gary Crane I can not say enough about the quality of my experience buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler at Bonneville in Manchester from Gary Crane. Gary really worked hard to get me out of my trade and into a vehicle I am absolutely in love with. My wife and children love it too. There's just nothing like a Jeep Wrangler. Pretty sure I'm a Wrangler person for life now. Back to Gary. First of all, he took calls from me WHILE he was on vacation to answer my questions, and helped work out the deal so I could get my desired vehicle secured even though he wasn't actually on the clock. The minute he got back from vacation, we started aggressively putting our deal together and he was so consultative, so patient, even when I started to fly off the reservation a little bit (I tend to overanalyze things). Gary handled the whole paperwork process with me, trained me on how to remove the top and use all the controls, because I have never driven a Jeep Wrangler. He has also followed up with me after the transaction took place, just to be sure everything was going OK. Something that really stood out to me about Bonneville in general was how clean and sanitary the facility is. There's hand sanitizer everywhere. They're all wearing masks. They're practicing social distancing to a very high degree. It made me feel very comfortable being in the building. The finance managers and sales managers were also fantastic. They found I left my checkbook in my trade and within minutes the sales manager was calling me personally, and texting me, to be sure I knew they had it and that they would either hold it for me or put it in the mail. That's true "going the extra mile" type stuff that really separates one dealer from the rest. I can not say enough about the experience and I recommend talking to Gary if you're interested in a Jeep Wrangler in NH! More

I walked in to be greeted by Todd, who immediately was so kind, professional, and helpful. Not only was I frustrated, but I was incredibly picky about the wrangler I wanted and he bent over backwards looking to find something for me. When I kept not liking what he had to offer, he went through every possible option with me and finally landed on pricing out a new order one that was cheaper. He answered all of my silly questions, and showed me all of the things I didn't know about the vehicle. He was not pushy, he was honest, and he was understanding of my situation. Car salesman like him are what all of them should be, and I cannot thank Bonneville and Todd for ending my day on a much better note! More
