Recently, I noticed they had another (in the trim I wanted) on the lot. I emailed Rick, and he promptly got back to me. I made it to the dealership that day. Rick was very busy that day, but he made it a point to make sure I was comfortable and to know he was working on my items while helping others. His ability to multitask was impeccable! After my purchase, I realized I left something in my trade. I would have been devastated if it was gone forever. I texted Rick, and the next morning he went out and found my item for me!
