Matthew was interrupted a number of times during our viewing of, and preparations of driving a sample vehicle similar to the car we actually decided to purchase. There could have been too much risk of a huge mistake or error, on the part of an extremely busy, and divided attention we were given by our sales person. Others were interrupting him. My sales associate Mike Raymond was a true professional and after about 3 minutes speaking with him, I felt like I had known this man all my life. there was "NO pressure" at all, and he gave us all the information we needed as well as his expertise in helping us make a decision on our new Jeep purchase.
