My wife and I have been searching for a Jeep Wrangler for several weeks and after visiting a number of dealerships with Jeeps "on sale" we discovered that they were actually advertised with the "discounted" several weeks and after visiting a number of dealerships with Jeeps "on sale" we discovered that they were actually advertised with the "discounted" price. The problem being that we did not qualify for the discount and the actual price was actually much higher. We realized that there are many dealerships using this tactic and frankly it just makes you feel dirty. I had a horrible experience at Bonneville back in the late 80's when trying to purchase a Wrangler where we were bullied by the salesman who did not want to negotiate and were kicked out of the showroom. Fast forward 22years and I find that Bonneville & Son do not use this practice of advertising false prices to get you into their showroom. We felt that we would give Bonneville & Son a go and stopped by for our second visit. My wife and I were "shopping" when we stumbled upon Norm Vachon in the parking lot tending to other business. Immediatley upon meeting Norm we realized he was interested in helping us get the Jeep we wanted, not the one he needed to sell that day. He is a terrific conversationalist and made us feel like we were family from the start. After a test drive and looking at different financing options we were suddenly at Norm's desk. My wife and I have been buying cars for several years and without a doubt Norm is THE best salesman we have worked with through all these years. Another thing you will notice in the showroom are the smiles on all of the customers faces. One of the salesmen there told us that Mr. Bonneville says, "If you can't make a sale, make a friend" and it is apparent that that attitude is instilled in all of the salespeople. Quite a pleasant change from 22 years ago. Back to Norm, while we were waiting for the paperwork he took us on a tour of the facility showing us the various aspects of the dealership. Norm went over all of the services he insures his customers receive after buying a car through Bonneville and him. All I can say after spending the afternoon with Norm is that he should be nick named CUSTOMER SERVICE NORM. If he had been working at Bonneville 22 years ago we would have been buying our cars from Bonneville this entire time. After meeting Norm this week we will be buying cars from Norm until we're to old to buy cars. Bonneville will be smart to insure he remains on their sales team. He is a tremendous asset to the dealership. To close, this buying experience has been THE best that my wife and I have experienced and there were several people at the dealership that made it possible, however, Norm is the face of Bonneville for us. I shopped around at many of the Jeep dealerships in New Hampshire before going to see Mike Raymond at Bonneville and Son. While seaching for a true "retro" style muscle car, Nick Sheret (great guy) in Sales was very eagar to help with my search (2012 Challenger R/T Classic), although it did take a few years to muscle car, Nick Sheret (great guy) in Sales was very eagar to help with my search (2012 Challenger R/T Classic), although it did take a few years to make my final decision. Once I decided, we spent weeks going back and forth on accessories and finally settled on the performance parts, with great price matching savings, to make my car a "true" muscle car.......I couldn't be happier with Nick help & service. Secondly, the service tech Chad Kookson was a great asset when it comes to perfomance accessories. This Technician treated my vehicle as I would and takes pride, when installing these parts. We actually chatted the day I picked up my car and I knew right away, I had nothing to worry about and everything was done with perfection. Lastly, was your Finance pers Rob Hemond was terrific when itcame down to rates and warranties, he spent the time explaining my best options and I walked away with the best deal that would make me happy.......and that's waht important, the customer! My former vehicle needed a lot of work and I was looking to get into something new rather than continuing to make monthly payments on a car that required extensive work. Unfortunately, I have had some issues with credit which I am in the process of repairing at this time. Mike was great. He answered all of my questions about the car, helped me pick out a car and was just really friendly and easy to deal with. He was attentive and his customer service was exceptional. Ned was fantastic about the financing. He helped me understand why I was having difficulty obtaining credit (I have student loans outstanding but that are not yet due because I am still in school). He also showed me my credit score and gave me several suggestions on improving that. He explained how to try to refinance the auto loan after making consistent payments for a while and also explained the importance of GAP insurance which I was not initially going to purchase. I have already told several of my friends and family members, including my daughter who will be looking to replace her vehicle in the next several months, to go to Kia. I have specifically suggested dealing with Mike. More
Fantastic customer service with absolutely no hassle. When i arrived on the lot I was greeted warmly by Paul and i informed him of what i was looking for. Instead of the stereo typical car sales rep, he actually listened to my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. My impression of Paul and the finance manager made the deal, they were both quick to process the paper work and i was out the door after closing I might add on a Sunday in less than 2 hours. Very impressed with both gentleman and will definitely recommend to others, in fact I have already done so! Overall my experience was good. Peter was polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. I felt like the sales manager was trying to be sneaky and offered me things that come with a new car purchase already, like a full tank of gas. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me because I was a single woman buying a car on my own. When I was negotiating with the manager, I felt like Peter "checked out". He seemed irritated and annoyed. I left the dealership feeling uneasy. The negotiations and paperwork took far too long. I was told about an hour and it took 3 and a half hours. I missed an appointment because I was still at the dealership. More

We have one child, a daughter, who likes the pre-2008 style of the Jeep Liberty. Weve been looking around for a bit and found an '06 65th Anniversary Edition with all the options that we've been looking style of the Jeep Liberty. The vehicle was expertly detailed and in impeccable condition. We worked with Mike Raymond who treated us great and helped to make this a special occasion for our daughter. Mike and Jay Miller worked to come up with a fair deal which we are very happy with.
