We am very happy with our experience of the 3rd vehicle we purchased from Bonneville and Son. My husband called Rodney Matthews,our sales representative of many years, and told him that we were looking to we purchased from Bonneville and Son. My husband called Rodney Matthews,our sales representative of many years, and told him that we were looking to trade in our 2003 Jeep Liberty, that we had purchased from them in 2006, for a newer vehicle with low mileage. Rodney told us he had a 2010 Dodge Caliber with about 3200 miles and we should come and check it out. We went down the car looked great, had a lot of features that I wanted. So we took it for a test drive and I was sold. We filled out the paper work and they gave us a great price for my trade in. Thank you Bonneville and Son for helping us with the purchase of our new vehicle. I can't say enough about Bonneville and Son and Rodney Matthews. My husband and I expected this vehicle venture to end the same as all of the others...hopeless - assuming we could find someone who would take the time to initially approach us. We have been to several deale same as all of the others...hopeless - assuming we could find someone who would take the time to initially approach us. We have been to several dealerships where the sales reps wouldn't even acknowledge our presence, and when we would try to approach them they were all of a sudden be indispoed. My daughter and I are both physically handicap, with multiple forms of bracing and assistive walking devices. Many people find our appearance intimidating, disturbing, and/or appalling. If that isn't enough, we have been told, in several instances, that being a younger couple/family creditors will not take us seriously, even with our good credit, since we don't have extensive credit history. I mean, everyone has to start somewhere...but how do they expect people to get anywhere if no one is willing to give them the chance? At Bonneville & Son, someone was willing to take a chance on us. That fabulous someone is Norm Vachon. I bet he wishes he wasn't the lucky one walking out the door to find us walking in :-p haha. From the initial greeting, to the first impression, I never felt as if we were being judged. We were being seen as normal human beings and not a young husband with a handicap wife and handicap child. Norm is wonderful from the inside out and so easy to relate to. My daughter was completely enthralled with him. He listened to all of our vehicle needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. Being a father himself, Norm knew the importance of a safe, family-friendly, and economically fuel efficient vehicle. He answered all of our questions, even the repetitive ones, honestly and in a way we could understand. Regarding the pricing/financing, we knew that would give his mind a workout. Norm exhausted every option, and when it all seemed hopeless, he found us that one final option we were hoping for. He wasn't just trying to crunch imaginary numbers and shove fine print paperwork in our faces to sign. Even if things hadn't worked for our benefit, we still would have been able to leave with a smile on our faces. How many other reps and dealers can say, "Nope, sorry..." and have their customers leave happier than when they arrived? He even called our insurance company to get our policy underway with the new vehicle on it. That was one less thing I had to worry about taking care of. Norm Vachon goes above and beyond for his customers. He even takes the time to show you all the ins and outs of the vehicle. My husband realized, after we had returned home, he accidentally left some special pictures of our daughter on the dash of our old vehicle. We figured they were gone...Norm called to let us know he had them, and is even taking his personal time to return them. We are blown away. The world should have more people like Norm. Mr. Bonneville and son are fortunate to have him on their sales team. I know it is customary for the dealerships and reps to thank you for your business, but I am most definitely taking the time to thank Norm and the rest of the Bonneville crew for giving us such great care and consideration. I have am a past Jeep owner (2 Wranglers and a Grand Cherokee). I did stray from Jeep but decided that I wanted to get back into a Wrangler. The dealership that I used had closed so I had to find a new dealership. While searching the Internet I came across Bonneville & Sons' website in Manchester NH. While the website did not show any inventory that matched my check list of "must haves" I decided to contact them anyway to see if they could help in my search. I went into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Norm Vachon. Having to deal with any dealership is one of my least favorite things to do, but Norm's personality and knowledge immediately put me at ease. My first visit to the dealership was basically a meet and greet since I already knew they did not have any vehicle in stock that would meet my exact criteria. Norm took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and began the search for my perfect Wrangler. After 3 months of searching, no exact match was found; however, Norm kept in contact throughout that time to keep me posted on how the search was going. Norm finally called with news; he advised me that he had 2 that met almost all my criteria. In my mind almost was not good enough but I decided to go in and look at what he had. I am so glad that I did. One of the vehicles had every item on my list accept for one. I really wanted a six speed manual but this vehicle was an automatic. After test driving the vehicle and weighing the pros and cons, I decided the vehicle was a perfect match for me. I have a long commute to work (50 miles) and a manual transmission is not really practical in rush hour traffic so I did not feel like I was settling for something less than what I wanted and the vehicle did have absolutely everything else that I wanted. After a long search and finding the perfect vehicle (2012 Call of Duty Rubicon), I decided to buy the Jeep. Now came what I thought would be the most painful part of purchasing a vehicle, making the deal happen. I could not have been more wrong. Norm made this one of the easiest buying experiences I have ever had. I thought that my old Jeep dealership was the best until I had the pleasure of buying from Norm. The negotiation process was quick and Norm worked hard to get me the best deal he could. I really felt like he had my best interest in mind and that he was working for me and not the dealership. Once the paperwork was signed and the jeep was mine, Norm then took the time to go over every inch of the vehicle explaining every item, from taking the top off, to how each and every option worked. He even synched my phone with the car. I cannot say enough good things about my buying experience and I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler contact Norm. This was my first time doing business with Bonneville and Son, and it was nothing short of a great experience. I originally got in contact with Rodney via the internet by placing an online offer. He quickly responded back to me by accepting the offer and reached out to me to see when I could come in to the dealership to see the vehicle. On the day I went to the dealership everyone was extremely helpful, as well as it had a great atmosphere and it wasn't your "typical" dealership were everyone was in your face. After seeing the vehicle I wanted to go ahead and purchase the Jeep because it was in great working order. When we started to work the numbers, unfortunately for me my credit was far less than perfect, but the sales team at Bonneville from Nick, to the Sales Manager Miro, and the Financial Director Rob were able to work out a payment I could live with as well as let me know that in 8 or so months I can come back in and see if I can't refinance my Jeep for a better rate. Overall I could not say enough great things about Bonneville and Son, and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone that is looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. We were in search of a new (to us) car for more room. We had gone to Team Nissan, and had found a 2009 Dodge Journey that we were thinking about purchasing. We had gone to them as we have bought our Nissan from them previously. We had gone to them twice in the same week, testing out different vehicles. After numerous bartering sessions, my husband and I were very tired and aggravated and ended up leaving because we had enough. Miraculously, every time we were ready to walk out the door, the price came down. My husband went to Nissan on 06/15/12, for another go at the bartering session. Of course, he had to talk it over the price with me so he left there once again. I decided we would compare the price online with other dealers, to hopefully have a better bargaining chip with Team Nissan. That search landed me on the Bonneville and Son website looking at the exact same car, with better mileage, and cheaper. We decided to go take a look, that's when we we met Norm. Norm is so personable and friendly. And better yet, not pushy! I really like that there wasn't 15 sales people coming for you like sharks. We took the for a test drive, and it was much better than the car we had been looking at at the other dealership. Norm did an excellent job in explaining the difference between certified pre-owned through an authorized dealer, and just pre-owned through another type of dealer. We decided to take the car, and there wasn't any of that back and forth bartering that we all despise. We feel that Norm got us the best deal for the condition of the car, mileage, and being a certified pre-owned. We feel we ended up getting the better deal even though we paid more than the other dealership, (only because the term of the loan at Bonneville was lower and we got a better extended warranty.) We're ok with paying a little bit more, but we have peace of mind that if something happens, it will be fixed right. We were even offered a rental car for free because the car that we were purchasing was so new to their lot, it still needed to be re conned and painted. We really appreciate everyone that helped us over a Bonneville and Son, despite we were there well past their closing time. We did not feel rushed, and Norm was great with our tired 3 year old. Needless to say, we will be back to Bonneville for the all of our cars in the future as we have been to many dealerships, and none compare. Norm is a great asset to the Bonneville team. This is my first time dealing with Bonnevile and it will not be my last. I was shopping for a Jeep and was interested in one in their inventory. Tom Beaudin was extremley helpful as was the rest of the staff including Jay miller in finance. I will now have my jeep serviced at Bonneville and when in the market to purchase again I will shop Bonneville & Son first. I also will not hesitate to recomend Tom Beaudin and Bonneville to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. More
I've been dealing with norm vachon for a good amount of time. I'm currently looking to get myself into a chrysler 300 AWD since having a new born its time to get out of my rear wheel drive. At one point I was so desperate for a 300 that I almost tried to just go with another RWD but Norm is the kind of sales person anybody would be lucky to get. He didn't want me to just settle because I like the 300 that much he wanted to make sure I get the car I want and safer for my family. Norm is going above and beyond any service I have ever had and is keeping me posted when they get the AWD I'm Looking for. If you want great service ask for Norm!!! More
