I scheduled to have my car serviced for a transmission flush after about 70k miles before I’m to make a long trip to make sure everything was in good shape for the drive. I give them my VIN number, so they know my exact make and model before I enter the dealership. I am quoted a price and signed for a $206 service RO. I return to my price being $471 for a transmission flush, which has to be the price of a Ferrari transmission flush (I have a V6 2015 Dodge Charger). I proceed to argue with my service writer about upcharging me over 100% and he tells me its because “I have an 8 gear transmission.” I already knew this and so did he before I came into the dealership hence why they ask for the VIN number. It turns out I was paying $38 a quart for transmission fluid which I needed 9 of. No one in the world pays $38 for a quart of transmission fluid unless its like Goldenshlauger and contains gold flakes (sarcasm). This dealership thought they could easily pull a fast one on me. They are scam artists and thieves and I feel bad for any unsuspecting person they have scammed in the past. Do not have car work done here. More

Todd was amazing from the beginning of my visit until I finalized all of my paperwork. He went over and beyond to help me expedite documents. I'm a FL resident on active duty orders in MA and had to get th finalized all of my paperwork. He went over and beyond to help me expedite documents. With his help, I got the Jeep I wanted and had my transfer process completed before the temporary plate expired. I recently purchased a used Ram from Bonneville and Son. I dealt with sales rep Tyler Plante. He was relaxed and casual, and very product knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions. The truck had brand new conventional oil in it, and I asked if they would dump it and replace with synthetic. "Done", he said, and got the truck into the shop right away as we finished the paperwork. When doing the finance work, the finance manager showed me the paperwork and waited patiently while I reviewed it. He didn't rush me. I discovered a $500 first responder discount was missing that Tyler had given me. He apologized and added it in without fuss. I came back a week later to install a trailer hitch. I worked with service manager Nick, and he was a pro. In and out, comfortable waiting room with decent coffee. TLDR Great selection, great people, great experience all around. Go in and let them earn your business. More
