My experience was very good last time around and this time it was exceptional. The sales person was Gloria Prosper and my experiences with her were nothing but positive. I was at ease during the entire buying process and I felt supported by her (as opposed to pressured). Have already recommended her and Bonneville to a few friends and associates and will continue to do so. I feel that I got a fair price for my trade and a very competitive price on the new vehicle. The new vehicle was delivered in pristine condition. Paperwork was done very quickly and efficiently. One thing I feel I should share: There was a good-faith misunderstanding about a particular feature on my new vehicle. This was nobody's fault - the ways in which options are packaged these days means it can be confusing - but I felt that a representation had been made that the vehicle had a certain feature. When it turned out to not have it …. to Bonneville's credit the team there recognized the mistake and are adding the feature to the vehicle at no charge to me. No pushback from them at all. "We are going to put this right" was the message I heard. I'm not sure there is anything more you can ask than that. The car I purchased probably doesn't qualify as a luxury car - but I certainly feel like I am getting first class service at the moment. I recommend Bonneville without any reservation and will be purchasing future vehicles from them I suspect. More
