Standard transmission, sunroof, alloy wheels, 2.0 engine, and overall very nice condition. Also one owner trade. I have driven that car into the 240 K miles zone and it still is a joy to drive. I have maintained it myself, which helps a long life. With a new addition to the family coming soon it became clear an update was needed. After many months searching a car I thought met my needs, a 3 series BMW, I found that car unsatisfactory. Transmission not as pleasant as my Jetta and standard run-flat tires. Those tires caused a really odd and harsh ride. Although I have adjustable gas shocks on my Jetta, the response to the road is even and predictable. So... one day I decided to look into the Audi A4. I was a bit concerned about the 4 cylinder versus BMW inline 6. After locating a car in Manchester at Bonneville, by great luck, I tried it out. So began instant driving gratification. This A4 does what it does perfectly, with seeming effortlessness and poise. Great power, road manners, switches and family ready interior. So I (we) bought the car from the internet division at Bonneville and sons. Gloria and Rodney have been great, upfront with answers to questions. The two person office is decorated in a fashion that points to a real interest in cars, history, and design. A pleasure to deal with this team. Buying into an expensive purchase is never relaxing, and balancing the pros and cons of a used car is always exciting yet sobering. Rob in the business office was straightforward and efficient. I recall seeing "Mr. B" at the copier , fussing with loading paper. He eventually called for help. Anyway, it is nice to connect someone with the name on the sign. At end of the same day, my wife and I drove away with a very nice 2011 Jeep Compass. As expected, Tom did a fantastic job. He obviously worked hard with management to get us the best price and value in a very short time; and later quickly followed up to ensure agreed items were quickly installed. Tom Beaudin always makes extraordinary efforts to satisfy his customers before and after a sale, regularly keeping in touch long after a sale. Tom consistently meets or exceeds expectations, and is a fine example for other salesmen. We will certainly go to him when we need our next vehicle. More
Used Jeep Liberty I saw the Jeep Liberty listed on the internet at 7:45pm, and called the dealership...they close at 8. I spoke with Patrick Walsh. After a twenty minu I saw the Jeep Liberty listed on the internet at 7:45pm, and called the dealership...they close at 8. I spoke with Patrick Walsh. After a twenty minute conversation, he encouraged me to come and look at the vehicle as soon as possible. I met him there the next morning at 8am. After looking it over and going for a ride, I purchased it. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed before the Jeep could be picked up. Patrick spoke with another gentleman, (his name escapes me), and they went over what would be done. When I picked the Jeep up, the repairs were completed above and beyond my expectations! I purchased an inexpensive used vehicle, and was treated like I bought the high end Grand Cherokee off the showroom floor. A+ to sales and service! Thanks again Patrick. More

Haven't had a bad expierence yet - 4 vehicles later Each time I had the expierence of looking for vehicles, whether new or used, I always found myself coming back to Bonneville and Sons. I spent the better part of my day traveling to various dealerships and looking at various vehicles, not sure beyond a general idea of what I wanted. None of the dealerships visited gave me the expierence I was used to from the sales staff at Bonneville and Sons. I traveled throughout the great state of NH looking at all levels of dealers and even locations that would like to consider themselves dealers. It was without a surprise that I once again decided to give Bonneville staff a go at placing me into a vehicle. Without fail, I received a very rapid response to an online inquiry and was pleased to see a name that I was familiar with and who remembered me, from a previous purchase some 2 years earlier (not to mention the cards received each year on my birthday, which is cheesy but in a nice way). Gloria Prosper was attentive an helpful, as in times past. Always social and pleasant, but stern in ensuring the other staff process my requests to ensure meeting my time constraints. She was helpful and suggestive without being pushy. As can be expected the upsale was a part of the process, but was quickly curbed when I made it clear what my goal numbers were. She was helpful throughout the process and always follows up beyond the sale and is quick to help with any concerns with any area of the dealership to include service. BUT...the part that always makes me feel good is that Gloria, and the dealership, always ensure that I get a Military/Veterans discount for my service to this country. That speaks volumes even when the numbers go below the KBB values and without hesitation. I will always do research and look what else is out there, but I honestly can say that I will with great certainty end up back at Bonneville and Sons when Im looking for future purchases. More
