She listened to our wants and needs and let us drive and explore a number of different vehicles with absolutely no uncomfortable pressure at any point; she truly seemed to be most interested in helping us find the right vehicle that fit our family. Once we decided on the van that we purchased, she was very open about the pricing, financing, and other sales options to help us meet our budgetary concerns. The whole crowd at Bonneville was very nice and knowledgable and concerned that we have a good experience and end up with the right vehicle for our family. We would go back to Bonneville in a minute for another car and will recommend them (and Eleni) to our friends and family who are in the market for a new car. More

Great experience, Great price I accompanied my daughter to Bonneville where she was considering purchasing a new Jeep. We arrived to find plenty of parking and a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. As we made are way towards the Jeep line up, we were approached by Joe Hodgson. My daughter explained she was interested in a new Jeep Compass based on research she had been doing. Joe could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable regarding the entire Jeep product line. We examined and went on several test rides with Joe. His patience and demeanor were a welcome pleasure for the two of us. My daughter had driven a Honda Pilot all through college and likes the comfort, safety and size of that type of vehicle. Through Joe's expertise and product knowledge, she eventually settled on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee 6 cylinder. I must mention, I have been in and around vehicles for many years and am thoroughly impressed with the new Jeeps. Arriving inside the Bonneville showroom, we were greeted by Bill Dann the General Sales Manager. Bill was very friendly and assured my daughter he would assist Joe in making sure she was comfortable with her purchase. The transaction was smooth and painless. Meeting Bill Dann before any kind of negotiations took place put my daughter at ease. Joe Hodgson just wanted to make sure she was completely comfortable with price, payments, terms and of course the vehicle itself. My daughter lives in Massachusetts so the registration process can be a bit tricky. Joe handled this portion flawlessly, having someone do all the registration paperwork down in Massachusetts on my Daughter's behalf. He also spent 45 minutes with her showing her where to bring her vehicle for service and making sure she understood every function and operation of her new vehicle. Overall, I'd give our experience at Bonneville a 5 out of 5 stars and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep or Dodge. More
