They didn't waste my time back and forth with numbers, I simply told them what I wanted and boy, did they deliver! I was right where I wanted to be for payments and only test drove 2 vehicles, The prices were right where they should have been, the dealership inside and out, was spotless, the employees were all extremely friendly and made the environment comfortable to be in. I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever. They worked around my time frame and met all of me needs to a T. I have always associated car dealerships with stress... I can't even begin to tell you, just how stress-free this experience was for both me and my husband. Matt Chagnon, my sales associate was great, Bill Dann, the Sales Manager bent over backwards to make the numbers work for me, and Jay Miller walked me through the financing process in 10 minutes, flawlessly. I will never again go anywhere else for a vehicle and will certainly advise everybody I know, to go to Bonneville & Son in Manchester, NH for all of their vehicle needs in the future. She took the time to go over all the options in the vehicle (and there are a lot) she was extremely knowledgeable about all of them. Other dealerships I visited didn't know how to work most of the options. Robert was very helpful with the financing and was a pleasure to work with. The sales manager checked on me through this process and was very friendly and helpful. My wife really liked the safety features of the new Durango and Mr. Walsh convinced us that the certain vehicle that we are interested in is the right one for us...
