Our salesman, Rick, met us outside immediately and began discussing briefly what we were looking for. After showing us a few cars outside, we went inside to discuss other possible selections we may not have seen on the Dodge lot. Rick helped us through the entire process of finding cars within our price range as well as test driving two different Fords. The car that we liked the most, a 2013 Fiesta Hatchback, had only been at the dealership for 24 hours, and was not even on the lot yet. He was able to get the car completely detailed and ready for us to take home that same day. His knowledge as well as the knowledge of the financial advisor made the process painless. We were very impressed with the attentiveness of the mechanics' team, Rick, and Norm the manager. We couldn't be happier with the service (Norm even gave us 2 free ski lift tickets and a $25 gas card for being patient throughout the process). Great Experience I am from MA and have been looking for an SUV for a while, and decided I wanted Jeep Liberty. I was not having much luck and my daughter noticed an ad for an Artic Edition Liberty in Manchester NH. Should we drive that far....I am so glad we did! Not only did I love the jeep, but Patrick Walsh and Rob Hemond were very pleasant to work with. I was very pleased from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I did not feel rushed, not even on the test drive. The only regret I have, is not living closer to Bonneville so I can have my Jeep serviced here.
