Made it work for me, not the other way around I texted the dealership (Vedran) about a vehicle I'd all but fallen in love with and set up to test drive it the next day. I called to let them know and shortly received a call back from Vedran saying the suv had sold...but I was already only 15 minutes away in an almost hour journey to get there. He assured me that he'd help me. I got there to assured similar vehicle he had pulled with even better specs than the one I had my heart set on. I test drove it and was just as heart broken to know it was double my budget. He worked with me and got it to a place I could afford. My whole family was there and he made us all feel welcomed. He was patient with us and our situation and even with my kids running around. He offered me helpful advice outside of buying a car and was appropriately friendly. He really worked for me...he even set it up to have my new vehicle delivered so I didn't have to drive all the way back again! More

The Dealership is a great place to do business. From the moment you walk in the door, you deal with Professional, Courteous people. I expressed my (our) needs to the greeter, explaining my desire to continue with the Internet Sales Team, and he brought my Fiancee and I to their office. We sat with Vedran Karahusic, told him what we were interested in, along with our budget, and he pulled up two wonderful options on his monitor. Making a long story short, we test drove both, and settled easily on one. Then came some magic ! Our situation for Financing was complicated, in fact very complicated. Regardless, they made it happen, thanks to great effort by Ed, the Finance Manager :-) The next day we drove off with the perfect vehicle for my Fiancee. She's thrilled, and subsequently so am I. There's no doubt that we will return when the need arises to replace one of our current vehicles, or purchase another for a different reason. At that time the old adage "Third time's..." will be complete. Maybe even "Fourth, Fifth, etc. etc.", because being highly satisfied... there's no reason to go anywhere else :-) More
