Rude and ignorant salesman My wife went in to the dealership with every intent to buy a 2017 Renegade Jeep she was assisted by Michael Raymond. My wife went into the building w My wife went in to the dealership with every intent to buy a 2017 Renegade Jeep she was assisted by Michael Raymond. My wife went into the building without me a first and Michael immediately took her for a test drive without me which was fine. When they returned I was standing there while they pulled in. He introduced himself and came across as nice enough person. One of my first questions was did he have a 2016 and he replied "yes" & showed us a preowned with 13,000 miles. Again my wife and he took it for a test drive while I waited with our child. When they returned my wife said she liked it so we went in and began talking money. He came back with a price which I thought was high so I began telling him we just started this process and that we wanted to look at other vehicles. He then began getting loud flailing his arms almost insulted when we had questions for him. We ended negotiations and left. The following day I went to a different dealership and was immediately offered the same vehicle with under 50 miles and in the color my wife wanted as the other one was not for the exact price Michael quoted the day before. When I called him back and told him my situation to see what he was going to do with the price he got extremely rude saying "I'm wasting money driving around other dealerships". He then asked "what do You want to pay for the car"? When I told him it was his job to sell me the vehicle not mine to tell him what I would pay for it he told me to go take my wife to dinner and stop wasting his time then hung up on me. The only good thing I can say is the owner who knew I was a Sheriff over heard him talking with me was upset with him and forced him to call me back apologize and gave me a much better offer. Some things are not about money and I would rather take my business elsewhere! More
No stress, No pressure car purchase My daughter and I recently bought a car from Bonneville & Son. We had looked at several other dealerships in the area and were badgered till we left. We passed by Bonneville and Son on the way home and figured we would give them a try. I can't tell you how happy I am we took that chance stop to check out the place. No one rushed to us, they waited till we were ready and asked if we were being helped. Then took us into the office to find out what we were looking for. Getting a very good idea, the salesman, Gary, showed us cars to test drive. When we were done, we told him we would be back. Again, no pressure in having to leave without buying something. We did go back the very next day and purchased an excellent vehicle at a price much better than we had thought. We are very happy with the experience there, the people were all professional, and so so very nice. Best of all, we love our new car! And love the fact that we found a very trustworthy dealership. More

Fantastic Service . I bought a Jeep and wanted running boards and mud flaps installed , I purchased them online , sent an email to Marc Miller and he said they would inst I bought a Jeep and wanted running boards and mud flaps installed , I purchased them online , sent an email to Marc Miller and he said they would install them. As usual the service dept was top notch , Tom took excellent care of me , Nick remembered me from a previous visit and inquired on how I was liking my new Jeep , everyone just so friendly , but that's how it's been for me anytime I've been to the service dept , just a great group of people . Tom was fantastic, it took awhile to install the running boards and he'd come out and give me an update , was very considerate , I was very grateful that they were installing the boards and mud flaps considering I didn't buy them there . I can't say enough about the service department at Bonneville , they are the best !!! Thank you once again Marc , Tom , Nick and the whole service department you really are a credit to Bonneville !!!! Thank you More

Bad credit, great car! I went to see Rick at Bonneville and Sons because my mom had such a great experience getting her used car from him that she knew he could help me! I r I went to see Rick at Bonneville and Sons because my mom had such a great experience getting her used car from him that she knew he could help me! I recently had my Toyota Corolla deemed a total loss by my insurance and they were barely paying off my loan at the end of it so I had little to no money to spend on a new car. Upon going into the dealership Rick was super helpful and kept a positive attitude to find me the best car for the best deal he could! After finding a 2009 fully loaded Kia Optima I was excited to be back in my own wheels again but then we ran my credit and it was challenging to say the least. Rick didn't see that as a ending to my story though and worked with both me and my mom to make sure I got the car at the lowest possible price he could get for me and also worked with the bank to ensure that I got the loan I needed to make it mine. The night I went in to sign paperwork he even coached me and had a sheet he put together for me to help me build my credit back up so I could refinance without my moms co-signature and with a lower interest rate in a year. To know that I found a great deal on a great car and now am also 100% more knowledgeable in how to fix and better my credit took such a load off my shoulders! He has become a family friend to us and I would recommend seeing him for any car or truck you might be looking for! More
