Bonnell's service department resolved an ongoing issue I had with my airbag control system, replaced my tires, front end work and detailed my truck. Curt Bonnell contacted me by phone when I gave a less than stellar review of a previous visit to the Service Department. My dissatisfactions stemmed from my own misunderstanding of the situations and con than stellar review of a previous visit to the Service Department. My dissatisfactions stemmed from my own misunderstanding of the situations and confusion regarding scheduling Service visits. Mr.Bonnell took the time to explain the procedure to me, which was much appreciated. After setting up another appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant when I arrived and called Mr.Bonnell to the front. He then went out on a test drive with me so that he could fully understand my concerns. He explained that this was a common issue and informed me that there was a technical bulletin on the issue and a "quick fix". He informed me that the repair could be done in a couple of hours. I agreed to wait----pleasantly, the repair was completed in 1/2 the time he had estimated. I appreciate the time Mr.Bonnell spent with me and am quite satisfied with the outcome of the work! More
I was having a problem with the Shaker 500 radio in my 2008 Mustang. The radio, which was already replaced under warranty, was not working properly either because also defective or poor installation. Within a short period of time the Bonnell Service Department identified and rectified the problem and I was able to pick up the car that very day. In addition, there was no hassle over the cost. My experience has been sound equipment/system issues can be very difficult (costly, time consuming) to remedy. The Bonnell Service Department did an excellent job but that is what I have become accustomed to expect. More

Let's face it, NOBODY wants to have have car repairs or service done, but sometimes it just can't be avoided. Unfortunately, my vehicle has needed a lot of service in the past few months, but I am plea or service done, but sometimes it just can't be avoided. Unfortunately, my vehicle has needed a lot of service in the past few months, but I am pleased to have my vehicle serviced at Bonnell Ford. Everyone at Bonnell is polite, courteous, respectful and professional. My service agent, who is usually Rob Greenwood, is wonderful to deal with. Rob always explains in common terms what is wrong with my vehicle and what the repair options are. I have also dealt with a few other service agents, and they too, are wonderful to deal with. I also feel that the price for repairs at Bonnell is very reasonable, I don't feel like I am getting ripped off, and they have an advantage program where you earn money towards future repairs/service, and this has saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Bonnell Ford to anybody. More
