Awful, dishonest. Stay away from Bonnell!! They mess with your car and break stuff, and don't complete repairs properly anyways! I will never go back to Bonnell ever again in my life for any reason, not even to turn around in their parking lot. My car had LITERALLY been inspected the day before, got state sticker, so I don't just think there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, I am 100% positive and sure there was not. I of course drove it myself to Bonnell next day for a super small recall on a meaningless bolt- when I left my car with them, there was no problem. But, suddenly, magically, I get a call saying calipers are seized, and both side rotors and brakes now need replacing too. They could not explain or try fix this issue that magically popped up out of nowhere after they had my car for an hour, and on top of it they ripped me off for 2 rotors at 220 bucks (2 at 60 should be around 120, they overcharged me $100), and, they didn't even bother to replace the brake pad on the left side! Am I suggesting they 'created' an issue and then turned around to (over)charge me for service? You are xxxx right I am. What a joke, I didn't even need service- again, I only went due to a letter from Ford on a trivial recall, not for any issue or problem I was having. Also, while I was there, I paid for new wipers to be put in, and wouldn't you know it- when I got home and lifted up the wiper arms for a pending snowstorm, the new blades fell off onto the ground- they weren't even installed! Pathetic!! So recap- went in for a recall bolt they didn't even touch, and wipers they didn't even install and fell on ground, and came out with a $1000 invoice for a half xxx and questionable causation job that wasn't even needed when I dropped the car off. Scam artists hard at work at Bonnell, can't trust em, can't use em. This is the second time I've dropped there for recall, only to have them ignore the recall, and call me with sudden invoices they make up and stuff I wasn't there for and didn't even ask them to mess with. Don't go there to buy, don't go there for service, don't go there for a recall, don't let them get anywhere near your car, not even for a wiper. Heck I wouldn't even let them pump my gas, because they would have to touch my car, and when they touch it, always a new 'mysterious' problem. Bonnell is the WORST around, desperate to rip off every customer who walks in. Don't let it happen to you, go somewhere else!! More

I brought my Ford in for a regular service. The Bonnel Ford crew was very efficient. The waiting lounge was spread out and there was adequate social distancing. Note: I did not request that but have had to do that myself with other car purchases. Not a big deal usually but it is the little things like that that showed they took pride in selling us a car. More
