I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable without being overbearing. Instead of feeling sale pressure, I was fortunate enough to have a sales consultant that made the transaction a smooth one. We stopped at Bonnell on a Sunday to look at the Ford Focus. Tom came right out and answered all our questions and let us take a test drive. My car began shuderring on my way home and a " sevice now "sign came on. I drove it right to the service dept. Although they were backed up and very busy they were able to fix my car by the next sevice now "sign came on. I drove it right to the service dept. Also when I dropped it off it was late in the day and pouring rain.It was too late for the shuttel servie but Rob found me a ride home, Kurt Bonnell. It was so nice of them especially since I was quite shook up. My 2013 escape is only 6 months old and it was qluite an unhappy surprise to have that happen. More

I was in the market for an SUV, but had never driven one so I went to Bonnell to test drive an Escape. My sister, neice and I looked around (it was a busy day) after a few minutes Steve approach to see if so I went to Bonnell to test drive an Escape. My sister, neice and I looked around (it was a busy day) after a few minutes Steve approach to see if we had any questions or needed any assistance. Very personable and friendly, he answered our questions and let me take out one for a drive. I loved it! Loved the color; loved the way it handled etc. so I purchased it. When I came back to drive off with my new SUV, Steve familiarized me with all the options and features of my new vehicle. He hooked up my phone to blu-tooth (very important seeing I'm terribly technology challenged. Steve took all the time in the world to go over all the features. I was so comfortable and confident when I left that I drove all over Winchester, Arlington, Lexington then home to Waltham. I am very happy!! More
Service is always great. Only concern I had this time was I had a 4 year warranty so I was surprised I had to pay, (deductible of $100). When I first arrived, there was ample time for me to look around and see the vehicles for myself without any pressure.
