After I signed everything & the car had been detailed & delivered as we were leaving, I saw on bill of sale & all other document papers, this is a 2015. I did not even try/attempt to haggle down the price or anything, for a 2016 for my daughter, I was satisfied(other dealer prices for year & model was about the same).I don't know where my $4500.00 deposit went to,for I don't see where it was used to benefit us in our purchase of this vehicle. Now I'm just seeing the "Lifetime Warranty" is not real. I will still have to pay out of pocket for "miscellaneous" parts & service should I require drive train service repairs. This "Warranty" is the main reason I drove so far, by-passing other dealerships,like Deland Kia, to come to your dealership. I wanted a good & dependable car for my daughter, I just forgot the "tricks of the trade" in my desire to keep her motivated in life, I Trusted you. You all know majority of the people as I did do not read all of these papers you have us to sign. It's on me, & I gave it to The Lord. More
