He was easy to understand, took the time to explain clearly what I needed, and made sure that the repair was done in a timely manner - also this is the cleanest my car has ever been. Whoever the gentleman is that is cleaning the cars is amazing. I have been there 3 times and my car is spotless when he cleans it!
