She and Mike Brown were very thorough when explaining the deal to us, making sure that both my wife and I had a clear understanding of what was involved. After the deal was agreed to we were passed on to Barry Mazade in the financing dept, he also went over everything with us again, also ensuring we understood exactly what we were signing. To top it all off Sandi then sat with us in the car for almost an hour showing us every single feature that particular model offered.
