I don’t think the dealerships adverting practices are truthful. The dealership installs wheel locks that I do not want and forces me to pay 400.00 dollars for them. While I did not purchase from Bomnin, we did have a great experience. The vehicle we wanted was pretty specific and in demand, and it sold before we could get there to get it. Unfiltered review: Before coming to the dealership I had spoken to salesman #1 on the phone to confirm if a vehicle was available and that I would be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was greeted by anoth spoken to salesman #1 on the phone to confirm if a vehicle was available and that I would be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was greeted by another very pushy salesman#2. Salesman #1 Gets into an argument with salesman #2 right in-front of me for approximately 1 minute before the floor sales manager comes over and also gets into an argument with salesman #2. During the argument I heard things being said such as “you don’t steal another man’s sale it’s respect” and “ I don’t even want the sale anymore”. At this point I had had enough. I told them I was done and wanted to leave and the sales manager refused to give me my keys to my car without a valid response as to why I was leaving. After receiving my keys and leaving I received a phone call from salesman #1 calling to tell me how rude and disrespectful I was for not coming to him when I arrived at the dealership…. At this point I was done with this dealership. I had spoken to a Salesman named Spencer before this incident and he was a very professional, understanding, easy going and respectful of my time. I had got in touch with him through the stores manager and was able to strike a deal on a 2018 chevy Silverado.
