My experience comes directly from the service center: I preface this with Aliksander was good to work with in resolving my car issues. He was patient with me, and explained what he could and couldn't do for me throughout the process of my car being in the shop for a month. Mind you I went in for 35,000 mile service and left out needing an entire new transmission. Luckily, this was covered under warranty so I didn't have to come out of pocket. I appreciate that aspect from GM & Chevy. However, when I had issues with my plates and Aliksander elevated me to his manager to see how we could remedy the situation, wasn't a fan of him not knowing the policy for GM's rental reimbursement program nor making an effort to find out, as a manager. Alik knew though. Overall, good to work with Aliks, and while I'm aware there's tons of cars to monitor, I'd love to be called periodically to know the progress of my car. I had to call to find out each time. Thank you to the great work by the mechanic, my car is riding smooth now! More
