I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory due to a couple of significant issues during the sales process. First, I was told the car came with two keys, but when it was time to take the car home, I was informed there was only one. The salesperson told me there was nothing they could do at that point, leaving me frustrated and feeling misled. Second, after driving the car on the highway, I noticed it shakes whenever I hit the brakes. This is concerning, as it indicates potential issues with the brakes or the front end, which could pose a serious safety risk. The test drive was limited to local back roads at the salesperson’s request, so this issue didn’t come up during the purchase process. I’m left questioning how the car could have passed a safety inspection with such an obvious problem. I expect the dealership to address these issues promptly by providing a second key and fixing the braking issue to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive. These are basic expectations when buying a car, and I hope the dealership will take responsibility and resolve this situation More

I bought this vehicle out of state and they made it very easy picking the vehicle securing a loan and they even suggested a shipping company since apparently they are used to having out-of-state shoppers.
