I don’t think the dealerships adverting practices are truthful. The dealership installs wheel locks that I do not want and forces me to pay 400.00 dollars for them. Unfiltered review: Before coming to the dealership I had spoken to salesman #1 on the phone to confirm if a vehicle was available and that I would be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was greeted by anoth spoken to salesman #1 on the phone to confirm if a vehicle was available and that I would be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was greeted by another very pushy salesman#2. Salesman #1 Gets into an argument with salesman #2 right in-front of me for approximately 1 minute before the floor sales manager comes over and also gets into an argument with salesman #2. During the argument I heard things being said such as “you don’t steal another man’s sale it’s respect” and “ I don’t even want the sale anymore”. At this point I had had enough. I told them I was done and wanted to leave and the sales manager refused to give me my keys to my car without a valid response as to why I was leaving. After receiving my keys and leaving I received a phone call from salesman #1 calling to tell me how rude and disrespectful I was for not coming to him when I arrived at the dealership…. At this point I was done with this dealership. I had spoken to a Salesman named Spencer before this incident and he was a very professional, understanding, easy going and respectful of my time. I had got in touch with him through the stores manager and was able to strike a deal on a 2018 chevy Silverado. Needless to say if you plan to come here and buy a car be very careful with who your salesman is because they might call you and insult you. Spencer: 5 stars Dealership: You got some improving to do. I had a very good experience at Bomnin, got the car I wanted, got a pretty good deal, had an excellent salesperson in Spencer. My experience was very poor. In fact, I am wondering how you guys can sleep at night, knowing that you’re selling a defective vehicle to a citizen that walks into your dealership In fact, I am wondering how you guys can sleep at night, knowing that you’re selling a defective vehicle to a citizen that walks into your dealership with intentions on buying a vehicle, a working vehicle, a vehicle that they do not have to return.. someone who drives almost 2 hours to come to your dealership to pick up a vehicle and you guys have the audacity to sell that car knowing that the car is defective and thousands of dollars need to be spent to fix the vehicle and that is precisely why you guys did not fix it yourself and are selling it hoping that you can sell the vehicle to some stupid individual. That’s not going to take it into a mechanic shop. Well guess what I took my vehicle into a mechanic shop today and it has not been 24 hours since I purchased a vehicle from you guys so no that this vehicle will be returned to your lot Monday morning December 30 just like you should be informed that the check I gave you guys to catch on Monday. I have not recanted because I am not going to give you guys a down payment for a vehicle that I just found out needs about $2500 worth of work , you guys are a piece of xxxx dealership and I will not hesitate to all of the information to include the copy of the receipt that I got from the car dealership letting me know what is wrong with the vehicle so that you guys don’t go out here trying to pin it on another port in the visual that might not even have the money, but you guys don’t care all you care about is having that vehicle off your lot More
