I had to explain my reasoning for the appointment to 3 people and none of them told the actual person that was assigned to my service. So, what I came for didn't get done. When I asked about my actual service I got a nasty response from a advisor that wasn't mine that my appointment was closed. So, I needed to wait until they got to it which would he before they closed at 7. So I asked for my keys and the part, so I can go elsewhere. I was told good luck cause no one will be better than Bomnin. Due this experience, I will never step foot back on that lot.
