Car salesman wanted us to pay over sticker price for 2014 CX5. They said vehicle was in demand or some such lie. Went straight to Auffenberg Mazda in Fairview Heights. They gave me same as Bomarrito on my tr CX5. They said vehicle was in demand or some such lie. Went straight to Auffenberg Mazda in Fairview Heights. They gave me same as Bomarrito on my trade-in and DROPPED the sticker $2000 on exact same vehicle. Auffenberg wanted my business (and got it). Bomaritto didn't. Sales Manager at Bomarrito was rude. My wife has one vocal cord and has to speak up when she talks. Sales Manager said she was screaming at the salesman since the minute we walked into dealership. Not true. We only buy new Mazda's. This would have been the seventh new Mazda that we would have bought and the second one from Bomarrito. We came into the Dealership to buy a car that day. But the dealers wanted to play games and xxxxxx with the sticker price. Will never go back or recommend to friends. More

Very courteous and helpful staff. We ended up coming here because another dealership in town treated us very poorly. Bommarito was very fair, didn't put a lot of pressure on us and were very patient. I brought my Mazda 3 there to have a new exhaust put on for a race at Gateway track. I picked it up in a hurry, not thinking about the stock exhausr. I called later that day and they denied taking the stoc for a race at Gateway track. I picked it up in a hurry, not thinking about the stock exhausr. I called later that day and they denied taking the stock exhaust. I never got it back. But they were so generous they offered to buy me a new stock exhaust by my payment of $1,300 for it. So they stole my exhaust, probably sold it for $1,000 since it had 10,000 miles and then they offered to have me buy a new one. Horrible service work. More

We were really going into the Bommarito Mazda to look at the new cars with the idea of getting additional information that we did not get on the internet. I had called ahead and Greg was there, so that made the new cars with the idea of getting additional information that we did not get on the internet. I had called ahead and Greg was there, so that made it an opportune time to ask questions. After he explained answers to our questions and that with the 0% financing we could get a really good deal. All the personal we came in contact with was really nice and helpful. We were able to drive the different cars so we could make the best choice. After a short time we had made a good deal and traded my used car in. We were introduced to the Service manager. Greg went over the different features of the new car. We enjoyed our trip Home. We now have a grate car and love it. My daughter is in the market for a new car and will be visiting Bommarito Mazda soon. More
