Bommarito Mazda West County

I bought a 2002 Nissan Maxima from these people in March of this year. It seemed like a good deal at the beginning, but then as soon as we left with the car, everything went down the tubes. The car has 2 defective O2 sensors that Bommarito's service department cannot seem to fix properly. We've been there twice for repairs and so far nothing has changed in the performance of the car. The service engine light is STILL on (came on the day after I bought the car...won't pass inspection!!!!) and the car shakes violently when coming to a stop or when starting it. It's ridiculous!!! Filed a complaint with the BBB...maybe they'll listen to them!!! More

I contacted this dealer via their website with good response and ended up with a great deal. I had previously decided that I wanted a Mazda3 after a test drive at another dealer and decided to try to d response and ended up with a great deal. Amazingly, of the four dealers I contacted through their websites, only two of four responded when I asked all for their best out the door price. Bommarito West Mazda was the only one that consistently answered my emails and followed through. It took a few days of emails back and forth to get a clarification of the exact price for a specific model. The internet salesperson Terry Landers then called me, and gave me a very good price for a car with a sunroof---an option that i had not intended to get. But, I figured that I would go and see what they had and what they could do with pricing. I went in and met with Terry, looked at a bunch of cars, and drove one. Terry was straightforward and did not hesitate when i asked if there was a better price. He wants to sell cars. I got UNDER the price I was quoted, and under invoice. I also had the "administrative fee" waived with no discussion and bought a car with more options than i planned to but at a lower price than i expected. The entire sale was straightforward and happily painless. There was absolutely no hassle, only polite and thankful sales people, and even the managers were interested in my internet experience. More
