The young woman who was at the desk for the Express Lane service was very friendly and knowledgable. I was very pleased with the service and how quckly I was in and out. The only negative thing about my visit was this: I chose to sit in a chair in the show room and read while waiting as the waiting area was pretty full and noisy. One of the sales reps stated that I was interrupting the flow in the show room and that I had to move. I know this sounds a little petty but honestly I felt he was rude. More

Picked up car after 5 day wait (Monday after noon to Friday afternoon). Not a problem seeing that a wrong part was shipped and it had to be re-ordered. Car worked great when picked up Friday night. (n Friday afternoon). Not a problem seeing that a wrong part was shipped and it had to be re-ordered. Car worked great when picked up Friday night. (no heat issue, bad blendor switch). On Sunday and Monday no heat again. Car will be going back on Thursday. We will see how things play out with warrenty and deductable. More

We needed to get financing called left message that we were waiting to hear back from my credit union. The new 2012 Chrysler minivan nearly sells itself with all its nice family-friendly features, great horsepower, nice smoothly shifting 6-speed transmission, convenient Nav/AM/FM/DVD/Uverse 3-screen entertainement systems, premium Michelen Tires, 110V AC power outlet, and of course the built-in emergency LED flashlight ... Yes, I guess that we could go on forever about this quality-built, well-designed "family mover". However, this paragraph is supposed to be about the sales-personel and services provided, and why I gave the above high ratings. Mr. John Anderson the lead salesperson, did spend a fair amount of time with us, patiently going through all the car's technological and safety-features, and without a lot of hastle, gave us a very good deal on our doughter's trade-in minivan, as part of a 3-way deal. (The Bolles Team, went far above the call in pulling together this triple transfer, delighting all of us in the process. I was even more surprised when I later learned that other dealers would not have provided the same deal or services.) Yes, my family and my daughter's family highly recommend Bolles Motors and their great staff, for everyone to consider for either a new car, or a used car.
