I they did exactly what I asked them to do. They were very efficient about it and they were very quick about it.

The technicians aren’t good listeners. I brought my truck in for service and a check of speaker distortion. Bringing a car for service can be a very disruptive experience for working people. For that reason I asked that they check all speaker to assess potential problems with other speakers. As soon as I drove off of the lot it was clear that the speaker on the drivers side was also dysfunctional. Now I must bring the truck back for a third visit for the same problem. Plus switching cars is uncomfortable since Bolles does not try to provide a comparable loaner/rented automobile to replace the customers car or truck. This is very inconvenient and short sighted by the business.

Great service as always! Comfy waiting room, courteous staff, and prompt service. I was in and out in less than 40 min for my oil change.
Bill is always great to work with and we are very happy he is back at Bolles!
