The follow up is seriously lacking. I spent over $25,000 and no one wanted to know me after I walked out the door. I still don't have my plates. The car was never completely detailed. I asked why it was filthy under the hood and was told that they where afraid that if the engine got wet, it could cause electrical problems. I had to laugh, I thought I bought a jeep. Really bad excuses for not going the extra mile. Originally I was thrilled but now that the week has passed I am very disappointed. More

Friendly, Informed, Non-Pushy! My husband and I went to Bolles after an uninspiring visit to a larger dealership in Manchester. We weren’t quite ready to purchase a car, having not really saved a down payment and needing to work on our credit. Salesman Mark came out to greet us immediately and let us go at our own pace, not being pushy at all. When my husband’s car was broken beyond repair the next weekend, we came back to Bolles! Mark was great even though we didn’t have an appointment, and Ken in finance worked with us to get us approved. Everyone here was exceptionally friendly and put us at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a car. We will be back when my husband is ready for a new one! More
