This is the 4th new Jeep Renegade that I purchased from Bolles Motors in Ellington. I can't imagine buying a vehicle from another dealership anywhere! Bob DiManno is the salesman who took care of me every time I came in to "look" for a new Jeep and ultimately buy one! Bob is awesome, and he really knows his Jeeps! He answered my questions thoroughly and patiently explained what I did not understand. Scott Couture secured my loan and always had my best interests at heart. The Rustproofing appointment was coordinated so it was completed before the pick-up time. Dan Smith, the Service Manager, installed the cross bars on the roof rack for my kayak on pick-up day. Mr. Bolles always greeted me with a smile. I am very grateful to all of the Bolles Motors Family for the kindness that you showed me while buying this Jeep. Despite the customer's agitation, Steve maintained his composure and addressed the concerns effectively. When it was my turn, Steve provided a detailed explanation of the work done on my Jeep. He also went above and beyond by noticing my struggle with my disability and walker. He arranged for one of the service technicians to pull my Jeep inside, ensuring that I did not have to navigate the parking lot. This act of kindness truly made a difference and highlighted Steve's attentiveness and empathy. Steve has consistently been easy to work with, and his follow-up is exemplary.
