Came from out of state to purchase a "well maintained" Jeep and it broke down the same day after I picked up up. Then it broke down again two days later. Also found garbage from the previous owner in the Jeep and it broke down the same day after I picked up up. Then it broke down again two days later. Also found garbage from the previous owner in the driver side door. No calls returned. Turns out that they had water in the fuel tank when they sold it to me. Currently at $1000 in tows/repairs and counting More

George called me every day (sometimes a couple of times in a day) with an update on my truck. George is a great adviser, friendly polite profession and very knowledgeably with great communication skills. He made my experience talking to him even better than I expected. It is becoming all too rare these days to find a person that goes to such great lengths to satisfy its customers. More
Really appreciated the quality of customer service from the service department. Scheduling was very friendly and the service department was proactive in ensuring the tires needed for replacement were going the service department. Scheduling was very friendly and the service department was proactive in ensuring the tires needed for replacement were going to be available for the scheduled service. Scheduling and service were upfront with the length of time the service would take (oil change and new tires and alignment). Service department responded to questions and requests for costs, and pricing was competitive with other companies and dealer website had helpful coupons. The actual day of service, the lounge was clean, comfortable and provided drinks, snack and WiFi. More
Called the day before asking salesman Timothy S. if the van we were looking for was on the lot. Told them the wife would be there in the morning to look at it and 99% sure purchase it. The following mornin van we were looking for was on the lot. Told them the wife would be there in the morning to look at it and 99% sure purchase it. The following morning after a 4 hour drive the van was not there. Now I understand someone doing a test drive, but it didn't come back till 5 hours later with 150+ miles on it. The price listed online and talked about the day before was apparently not the "final" price either. It had many extras added which raised the price and they refused to remove some of them and was pretty pushy trying to add them. How can you tell me a service "interior coverage" cannot be removed? It's a service, not a installed product. Don't fall for the Apex gps. Was told it would be usable as long as vehicle is financed. It is only available for 5 year plan and after that you have to pay $100 year to keep it. I don't see why a sales man has to go back and forth with finance numerous times to "rework" numbers 5 to 6 times. But in the end after 6 hours comes up with another discount and finance percentage. Why not bring those numbers out to begin with... If it wasn't for our family needing a van,I would have kept our f150. The Ford dealership had me in and out in 45 min after calling the day before and having my pre-approval ready. Update: went to do an oil change and tire rotation. The wheel lock key was not left in the van at purchase. The only advice we got from Timothy and the manager at Boerne Dodge was to bring the van in and they will fix it. Knowing we live 4 hours away this is not possible. They offered no other options to help but said they would "make it up to us" if we were ever in the area. This has been the worst customer service, sales service I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. More
There is a reason this dealership is able to advertise prices that are lower than the competition across the board: They advertise a price and will stuff the bottom line full of unnecessary and unwanted prices that are lower than the competition across the board: They advertise a price and will stuff the bottom line full of unnecessary and unwanted dealer add ons. A good example of this is charging a 1,899.00 installation fee for "Apex GPS". I can't attest to how good that product is, but I can attest that they will not remove it from any car you want to purchase. If this kind of practice isn't illegal in Texas, it should be. At best, it is extremely dishonest. This also makes using outside financing impossible, because an amount that high added onto an invoice voids any pre approval offers. Naturally, you will have to pay the taxes and interest on this feature that you didn't know they installed. The reason dealers do this is they are internet savvy enough to know that online search engines are configured to let lower advertised prices "float to the top" of any search list. They can also cheat car search programs like TrueCar, KBB, and Costco Car Buying into telling a car shopper they're getting a "Great Price", then stack that price higher and deeper with "add ons" and fight the buyer tooth and nail to remove them. Even if you finally convince a manager to take some of them off (they'll say "meeting in the middle") even one of these items left on the buy sheet results in a massive profit for the dealership. There are better ways to make money, which no consumer would fault a seller for. This way isn't one of them. Find another dealer nearby, and save yourself the frustration. More
